HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR A REBATE?
There are two ways:
1.
You use me as your real estate agent* to represent you in the purchase of one of my active listings.
2.
You use me as your real estate agent* to represent you in the purchase of a home, AND in the sale of a home. You will receive the Rebate on the transaction which closes last.
HOW MUCH IS THE REBATE?
The Rebate is 1% of the selling price** of the home up to $10,000.
For example: if the selling price of the home is $320,000, the rebate is $3200. If the selling price of the home is $879,000, the rebate is $8790.
HOW IS THE REBATE PAID TO ME?
As a buyer, you may receive the rebate in one of the following three ways:
1.
You can receive it at closing to offset closing costs.
2.
It can be used to reduce the purchase price.
3.
If you are the seller it will be used to reduce your real estate commission.
I can simply write you a check after closing.
* The phrase "use me as your real estate agent" in a purchase or sale is defined for the purposes of this Rebate to mean: Action Real Estate receives the entire "selling office commission" or the entire "listing office commission" or both and pays a portion to me as the sole selling or listing agent.
** The "selling price" is normally the agreed upon contract price. In some cases it may be the contract price minus closing costs or other concessions paid by the seller to the buyer - the net price. For the purposes of this Rebate the "selling price" is the price upon which the commission paid to Action Real Estate is based.
